Where we ship

We ship to every country in the European Union and to Australia. If your country does not appear at checkout, we cannot deliver there yet — write to us and we will tell you when we can.

Delivery times

• Europe: 3–6 business days after dispatch.
• Australia: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• Orders are prepared on business days; orders placed at the weekend leave the warehouse on the next business day.

Costs and duties

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart, so you always see the final amount before you pay. Any customs duties or import taxes are shown upfront at checkout as well — there are no surprise charges on delivery.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse we email you a tracking link, so you can follow it to your door. If tracking has not moved for several days, or the parcel has not arrived within the times above, email srpetgo@gmail.com and we will chase it for you.
